That means, you know that your intelligence, character, are something that can be improved over time through hard work, you are not afraid of failures and have one goal in mind: Learning. Nothing is more exciting than the experience of becoming better at what I do. Having a growth mindset. Seeking feedback. Seek as many opportunities as possible is the most reliable long term growth strategy.
