Yes, once the work has been commissioned, you are the owner of the work in its physical form. As far as intellectual property rights are concerned, we set up the legal framework best suited to the project and your needs: a simple license, exclusive license or assignment of intellectual property rights. Artpoint takes care of all the legal aspects between you and the artist.

As the law currently stands, companies that purchase an original work by a living artist for public display are entitled to a tax deduction. As soon as you acquire a 'physical' format of the work, in order to display it visibly in your premises for a minimum of 5 years, you can deduct the purchase price from your taxable income.

The possibilities are endless. Artpoint will work with you to develop the project that suits you best. The work can take a digital form and be distributed via screens, your internal networks or your social networks, for example. The work can also take a physical form (printed format of the work or digital sculpture) and even combine tangibility and intangibility.
