Zoe Osborne is a Toronto-based artist and designer from Barbados. Zoe has been creating digital animations since 2020, focussing on Caribbean symbolism and narratives as they relate to home, longing, and the Caribbean diaspora. Zoe has showcased digital animations in exhibitions in London, Toronto, New York, Barbados, Dubai, as well as in digital exhibitions, including on the NFT platform SuperRare.
Zoe holds a bachelor degree in Interior Design from Toronto Metropolitan University and is the founder of Mahogany Culture, a Collective focused on Caribbean culture retention. She uses this platform to showcase Caribbean creatives with a focus on the documentation and celebration of Caribbean culture, telling stories of the Caribbean experience and aesthetic. Zoe was a resident of Elevate’s inaugural NFT Residency Program in Toronto. Her work has been featured in publications including Hypebae, Shout Out Miami, Azure Magazine and Princeton’s Pigdin magazine. Zoe’s art can be found in private digital and physical collections worldwide.
