Rights concerning the work

Under the French Intellectual Property law, and by the only fact of his creation, the artist is the holder of copyright on his work. The property rights (right of representation and right of reproduction) of the works displayed on the website artpoint.fr or essentially in the Artpoint collection, belong to their authors.
The authorization of the authors are thus required for the exploitation of their rights. The authorization of the SAS ONE.0.1 is jointly necessary, for all exploitation of these rights, because of its capacity as licensee of copyright on the works.

Your rights on the rented or acquired works are therefore limited to a private circle, excluding any right of representation or reproduction on the works.
